Choose a deep clean when the details have fallen behind

A deep clean is a strong fit before recurring service, after a busy season or before guests. We tailor the scope to the home, including the condition of kitchens, bathrooms, edges and touchpoints.

Kitchen

Counters, sink, fixtures, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts and floors, with extra attention to buildup.

Bathrooms

Showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, mirrors, fixtures and floors, including detailed sanitizing.

Living areas

Surfaces, doors, touchpoints, reachable high areas, cobwebs, blinds, baseboards, vacuuming and mopping as agreed.

Final details

A room-by-room check against the scope we agreed with you before starting.

Inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets and drawers, major organization, carpet shampooing and heavy grout restoration are included only when specifically quoted.

Square footage starts the estimate. Buildup, pet hair, clutter, access and specialty requests can change the scope. The website shows a planning range starting at $250; photos or a walkthrough let us confirm your final price.
